Focus Groups & Workshops
We held creative workshops with local community members.
We met with local knowledge specialists to gather key ideas, experiences and perspectives through conversations and hands-on workshops.
Our Living Map workshop was inspired by our earlier research of walking trails in the area. This has been adapted to engage with local active travel groups who use the Greenway to find out how people use it, what parts, what makes it special to them and what they wish for it.
Our Zine Making & Collage workshop is a creative and hands-on activity used to record personal stories from the local people and is an open space for people to talk and create together.
Our Sensory Observation workshop is about directly responding to the sights, sounds and feel of The Greenway through drawings, mark making and writing to document our own experience of the place.
